The Process

 

After meeting you to see the site and discuss your project requirements; we will help you develop the brief. A survey of the site and buildings will be undertaken and Existing Plans, Sections and Elevations will be produced. We will discuss alternative solutions for the project that you may not have thought of and advise on any additional services that may be needed by consultants or specialists. From the survey and your brief, scheme designs will be worked up and agreed with yourselves. You will be kept informed throughout the process. The final design will then be developed; Proposed Plans, Sections and Elevations and the other documents required will be produced. Finally we will make the necessary applications to hopefully gain Planning Permission from the Local Authority.
