What is your returns policy?

If you’d like to return unopened paint, please notify us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund (excluding any delivery charges).

Unfortunately we cannot refund items that have been opened or used.

Returns should be sent to the following address:

Customers must arrange (at their own cost) to return the goods to the address above. You must also return the goods in a saleable condition, either with the same packaging as when it was received, or with equivalent packaging. Please note we cannot refund items that have damaged while in transit due to improper packaging.

Please include your contact details and order number within your returns package.

If there are any issues with the paint you have received please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and they will advise you the next steps to get this resolved quickly.

How much is delivery?

What are typical delivery timescales?

Colour cards – Sent via Royal Mail and are free to order with no postage charge.

Delivery: 1 working day

If you message us in the contact us tab or alternatively use the ‘Instant Message us…’ link in the bottom corner of our website. We will send you your requested Colour cards with first class postage for free.

Alternatively order on the online shop and we will refund the postage charge on dispatch if you are only ordering Colour cards.

Sample pots – Are sent via Royal Mail or courier to ensure they get to you as quickly as possible.  We charge at a flat rate of £4.99 regardless of quantity.

Delivery: 1 working day

Larger tins – Sent via courier and charged at a flat rate of £4.99 regardless of quantity.

Delivery: 1-3 working days.

Deliveries are made within our courier’s standard operating hours Monday to Saturday. No deliveries are made on Sundays or Bank Holidays. Please note our shop and offices are closed on bank holidays in the UK and between Christmas and New Year – dispatches and deliveries will not be made during these periods.

Additional postage costs for Northern Ireland & non UK mainland

Liquid items other than samples we will come back to you with the postage costs these include; Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Isles, Alderney, Herm, Sark, Scottish Offshore etc…
